Nirvana Tobago partners with Tobago’s top full-service wedding and event planner for up to 50 guests. Packages include catering, bar, music, flowers, ceremony, decoration and any special requests to make memories of a life time.
Fees: Starting @ $5,000 TTD for up to 50 Guest
Damage Deposit of $5,000 TTD which is fully refundable if there is no damage following inspection by our Managing Agent.
*Only available to guest who book a minimum of three nights’ accommodation at standard rate.
No more than 3 cars are to be parked in the Villa grounds – this means that special arrangements for parking elsewhere will be made to by yourself for the direction of your guests from the parking ares to the villa.
The celebration can continue as long as desired but no loud music or other noise is to be made after 11 pm.
We strongly recommend the use of a catering firm with waiters for serving food. Our Concierge can help to organize this but the costs will be paid in full by yourself.
– Only guests booked to stay at the villa will be allowed inside the Villa on the day of the wedding save for initial ingress to the garden area.
– Nirvana Tobago will not be responsible for any lost items whether on the day of the wedding or otherwise.
– You are required to rent the port-a-potty for wedding guest use.
– The wedding fee does not include a cleanup fee and you are required to return the villa to the condition it was given to you. Any extra clean-up fee will be taken from your damage deposit.
